Coconut Syrup

Ingredients

  • Can Coconut milk  14 oz
  • Flaked Coconut   1 cup
  • Brown Sugar 0.75 cup

Method

  • In a heavy saucepan, combine coconut cream, flakes coconut and brown sugar.
  • Bring to boil, reduce to simmer, and cook for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally .
  • Transfer to blender, and puree until smooth
  • Serve immediately.
