- Can Coconut milk 14 oz
- Flaked Coconut 1 cup
- Brown Sugar 0.75 cup
- In a heavy saucepan, combine coconut cream, flakes coconut and brown sugar.
- Bring to boil, reduce to simmer, and cook for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally .
- Transfer to blender, and puree until smooth
- Serve immediately.
