Shampoo made of baking soda will save your hair

Baking soda is a very effective cleanser and antibacterial that helps eliminate excess sebum in the scalp. Here are the benefits of baking soda for hair:

  • It limits dandruff
  •  It prevents the accumulation of sebum at the roots
  •  It rids the scalp of chemicals in conventional products or from pollution

Moreover, this white powder is hypoallergenic, it does not irritate the scalp and is cheap.

To create your house shampoo, put a tablespoon of baking soda to 3 tablespoons of water. Mix ingredients in a spray bottle and apply the shampoo beginning from the bottom, then up. You can put it on wet or dry hair, then let stand for 1 to 3 minutes and rinse with warm water. You will notice the difference from the first application.

Nevertheless, it is not recommended to apply this trick more than once a week because the abrasive properties of baking soda can seriously damage your hair. Baking soda is also not recommended for people with colored hair, to discolor them.

A rinse water with cider vinegar to give shine

After you apply this shampoo, you can rinse your hair with apple cider vinegar. In fact, your hair is constantly assaulted by external factors like pollution, dust or sun. Apple cider vinegar is rich in iron, calcium, potassium, magnesium and phosphorus that give shine and strength, and rebalance the pH of hair.

For this rinse water, mix a tablespoon of cider vinegar with 4 tablespoons of water. If you do not like the smell given off by the cider vinegar, you can add a few drops of essential oil of lavender, peppermint or rosemary. Pour mixture into a bottle vaporisateur.Toutefois, do not apply more than once a week, the risk of drying out your hair.
